Scheduling (Pre-Season changes only)
Once we send the email to have schedules double-checked, you have 48 hours for any changes made. After 48 hours a $25 penalty will incur for any changes we have to make to the ORIGINAL schedule placed online. Changes must be emailed to shcyosoftball@gmail.com
Please submit game schedule changes/cancellations in the following format to shcyosoftball@gmail.com:
Action/Reason followed by: Date/Division/Field Location/Game Time/Home Team
For Example: Cancel due to rain: 4/1, 12U Liberty at CYO3 at 6pm, SH Angels
Follow up with reschedule or add game information in same format:
For Example: Reschedule to: 4/8, 12U Liberty at CYO3 at 6pm, SH Angels
Game Day Cancellation
Text must be sent if within 3 hour to gametime:
Home coach must text and email Division coordinator with all details of late cancellation in above format.
If you fail to do so, your league will be fined if the umpire shows up at the field.
Home Team must contact visiting coach as well.

You have 48 hours to reschedule a cancelled game. If there is an issue with trying to reschedule a game contact your league Commissioner.

Scoring is easy.
Beginning this season we are changing the process to submit final scores to UGSA. We will be using a Google Form to receive all game results. A few things to know about the form.
ALL FINES MUST BE PAID PRIOR TO PLAYOFFS. IF NOT TEAM WILL BE SEEDED & FORFEIT THEIR PLAYOFF GAME.
