Using the link below, complete the initial registration for your team. ALL teams MUST be registered by 3/1/2026 to be eligible for the Spring season.

ROSTER & COI SUBMISSION DEADLINE: 3/20/2026

Step 1: Download the file.

Step 2: Complete all fields on the roster. Rosters submitted with missing information will NOT be reviewed or accepted.

Step 3: Save your roster. Change the title of the document to reflect the information for your team. Ex:

Official UGSA Roster 10U-Liberty-Delran-Diamonds

Step 4: Using the link in Step 3, complete the appropriate form and submit roster file AND Certificate of Insurance (COI)
